Shipping one or two volumes to US locations is from
Pennsylvania via USPS Priority mail with tracking. Canadian shipping is via
Canada Post Expedited Parcel. International shipping is normally USPS Global
Priority Mail. Larger orders shipped via the most cost-effective option.
